The Spokesman for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced that the ministry extended the period of submission for postgraduate studies (master's and doctorate) for one day from the declared date. He also said that the ministry office gives no-objection letter to the ministry's staff who wants to apply for postgraduate studies in the universities of the Kurdistan region.
Mr. Abbas Akram, the Spokesman for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, announced in his statement that for the sake of public interest, and to give another chance to the candidates who are willing to apply. The ministry extended the period of submission for postgraduate studies (master's and doctorate) for one day until Sunday 14/05/2017. He also pointed out the date of the scientific test and said: the official time of the scientific test will be the same date that agreed before.
